3.1. With Your Partner:

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1. Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Google Firebase, located in the United States.

4.3. Photos and media are stored in Firebase Storage with access restricted to the couple.

5.2. User Content (pings, love notes, photos, prompts, time capsules) is retained until you or your Partner delete it, or until account termination.

5.4. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7.1. The App is not intended for users under 18 years of age.

7.3. If we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete it.
